For example, if you are using a program provided by Simple Practice as a student at a school that has a contract with Simple Practice, your activity, performance, and other related data may be shared with your school, even if you, yourself, have partially or fully paid for the service.

Third parties with whom we share personal information to facilitate service delivery have their own privacy policies governing their handling and disclosure of personal information. These policies will apply to your Personal Information once it has been transferred to these third parties as described in our Privacy Policy. Transfer of Data Outside of Your Home Country: Your Personal Information will be stored on servers located in North America. However, your information may also be processed in other countries where third-party data storage facilities are located or in the country where you are located. Third-Party Websites and Links:  Some products and services advertised on the Site and/or Apps are provided by third parties (“Third Party Sellers”). Additionally, the Site and Apps may include links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy only covers how Simple Practice collects and uses Personal Information. It does not extend to third-party sellers or websites, and Simple Practice does not endorse or make any claims regarding their data-handling practices or policies.
